Turkey crown, 12 hr brine in cider, cider vinegar, salt, sugar and herbs. Leg skinned, 8 hrs in salt water then olive oil and rubbed in sage and rosemary. 225f for 5 hours. Oklahoma Joe smoker, in Silverstone, UK.

It actually works and took no time to make. I did have to strengthen the inside as it collapsed under the vacuum.

Just picked this up for £30. Really happy with it, just wondered if it's genuine or not. It tips and has solid pre set stops. It also folds flat.
