Last month my wife and I flew 1683 miles from PA to TX just to stand in line for 4 hours to experience Franklin BBQ. It was so worth it.

I like to make my jerky in temps between 120 and 140 for about 6 hours...well here in AZ I apparently don’t need a fire at all because this is my units temp with nothing in the firebox 😂
