Curved piecing is a tedious process and I only had fabric left to make oranges (4 curves vs lemon/lime's 2). so I was able to spare myself that torture.
An awl is massively helpful to flatten the fabric as you see curves. It was worth it the moment I started to make rows though, it came together!

Always take reference photos that you can look back at. They're great for keeping yourself organized and for thwarting Sabotage Poodles

I did have to squeeze some sashing to make the 3rd and 4th rows square to the rest. It isn't too noticeable to me, let alone anyone who might use the quilt
I'm really glad that the stems didn't all face the same direction, it really helped the quilt have just the right amount of random
