How do you wear your hair in a high ponytail without getting a headache? I love the look of a high ponytail, but my head hurts within a couple of hours. I can prevent the headache by lowering it or loosen the band (but then it will fall down to a lower ponytail), but it's not what I'm looking for.

I got 3 meter of this dusty pigeon blue, light weight cotton, that has a sewn on pattern with holes. I bought the fabric from symaskinetorvet.dk

  • The fabric is 150 cm wide, but it has a 6 cm wide border without the sewn on pattern on each side.
  • The fabric is so thin my ring reflect light through the fabric, so whatever I sew from it has to be lined.
