Pork chops brined (6% salt/water plus red pepper, rosemary and fennel seeds), then cooked on indirect grill and smoked with some cherry wood until 65C (150F) and finally quickly seared on direct grill until 68C (155F). Used a Weber One Touch premium.4yr â‹… Frankie688 â‹… r/grilling
