75% of the times I go to WF on Pearl, there is a uniformed BPD officer INSIDE, MONITORING the hot/cold food section. Does Boulder get compensated by Amazon for shrinkage-protection? If not, why are Boulder taxpayers subsidising Jeff Bezos? If so, why are they in uniform protecting a private company?
