Y’all! I just made Arnold Palmer kombucha!!! I had one large GT’s bottle that only filled halfway at my last bottling. I added 2Tbps of ginger and lemon pureed and 2 Tbsp sugar. 7 day 2F. Then fill to the top with fresh sweet tea, and ferment another 7days. MAN is it awesome!3yr ⋅ That_guy_named_Phil ⋅ r/Kombucha

Experimenting with “no pellicle” brewing. Left has a large pellicle, right has no pellicle at all.
