Coffeebucha, looking like a lovely stout beer. 10 day first ferment with 32oz cold brew and 5tbsp sugar, followed by bottling in 16 oz bottles with 100ml coconut water and a 4 day second ferment. Rich, tangy, not very sweet, and with a roasty coffee aftertaste.4yr ⋅ JRandorff ⋅ r/Kombucha
