After two months of patience she’s finally confident! Handled for just a few minutes once or twice a week and tonight she wasn’t jumpy at all and was fully relaxed and exploring. Finally did my first slow smoke! A 5lb brisket. 11 hours on my new Traeger Pro 22. 4 hours on smoke, 6 on 225 and the last hour on 375 to get over the stall. Update: he broke his fast! Took him to the vet to double check jaw and get a general check up. All was well and she mirrored trying to feed a live fuzzy or pinky.
