Drove 40 minutes to make this today's run. Did a free run instead of W7D3 because I wanted to see if I could run farther and was just quitting because my time was up. Turns out that's exactly what I was doing. I ran 4km total! A 1.5km improvement from W7D2!6yr ⋅ tennoves ⋅ r/C25K
