The custom-made set of jewellery that was commissioned on behalf of Empress Samantha of Stomaria, a micronation based in the British Isles, is due to be completed next week. Consisting of a tiara, necklace, earnings and pendant, the jewellery comprises primarily of blue and white Swarovski crystals.
Beginning the year with around £4,500 worth of gold, the Empire of Stomaria has gone on to accumulate over £60,000 worth of assets that include not only gold and silver but also a wide range of digital assets and shares in the stock market that will, in time, be liquidated in order to purchase land.
According to the World Gold Council, using central banks, the IBA and the IMF as its primary sources, more gold is held in the Empire of Stomaria's Imperial Treasury than in the central banks of over a dozen macronations as of Q1 2020. Among these are Croatia, Armenia, Costa Rica, Norway and Canada.
The Empire of Stomaria, a micronation based in the British Isles, has commissioned the production of the very first Stomarian staters. These coins will be gradually introduced in all of our territories in an attempt to establish a monetary system on a local level based on the use of gold and silver.
