Just ripped out living room carpet and had nice hardwood under it to my pleasant surprise. There is some odd colored stone tile in the entranceway of the house. Any way to know if the hardwood is under there as well? How hard would it be to remove this tile and how would I go about it?1yr ⋅ Steeler_003 ⋅ r/Home

What is this thing that connects to my water pipes? Looks rusted on the outside. Is that something to be concerned about?1yr ⋅ Steeler_003 ⋅ r/Home
Will drylok ruin a foundation? Applied it to a damp basement (no standing water, just damp walls & basement already has interior French drain). After a year, you can see efflorescence & the start of peeling. Is peeling/ineffective drylok the worst case scenario or could this destroy my foundation?1yr ⋅ Steeler_003 ⋅ r/centuryhomes
