PLZ HELP DPKG Error.....???

PLEASE HELP! This happens on startup So basically I haven’t used my PC in a solid month and when I booted received this msg tonight. Also when I try to enter a command it’s not registering keystroke or mouse... this is my first reddit post and Im hopingsomeone on this awesome community canhelp
