Possible link to certain scenes in the beginning of the game?

[Java] Certain MODDED textures, including trapdoors, bars, and doors, have the transparent sections black, however normal vanilla textures appear normal. Using Magnesium 1.18.1, if I use Optifine it goes away, but using Magnesium because of the FPS boost.
