I highly recommend this workout. I have to take breaks to sit through r still but no where near when I started; it’s VERY low impact & you tone and maintain muscle, and especially pump the leg muscles , which over time should help improve. I use this for “good” days and floor Pilates for “bad” days.
Watching my cat age and lose weight is really hard for me and I would love advice on how you coped with having a geriatric cat. As you can see on the left George was a big boy over 10 years ago and now in his 20’s he is literally skin and bones. I have trouble even touching his back. (Cont. in cmts)
