Tired Little Man after Circus in Madison Square Garden (1949). When I first ran across this awesome photo I legit thought little man was doing his tough-guy impression of an 'Edward G. Robinson' gangster. Only to learn he was just exhausted, at his limit, sad and more than ready to go home.

Original art by Jack Kirby for Destroyer Duck #1 (1982). Interesting story behind this series as it was released as a fund-raiser for Steve Gerber (Howard the Duck) who was ripped off by Marvel. Kirby, also fighting Marvel at the time, co-created this cathartic release of artistic vengeance.

Jack Kirby's 3-page JFK assassination non-fiction piece inked by Chick Stone for the May 1967 issue of Esquire magazine. It was entitled: 48 Hours and 36 Minutes in the Life of Jack Ruby which included footnote citations referring to the Warren Commission Hearings.

The Blue Beetle #2 (Charlton 1967) by Steve Ditko. Ditko's run on The Blue Beetle series resurrected the character and imprinted a brand new version in harmony and continuity with the original. His work on this run had a downright mystical quality to it and is a benchmark for how comics should be.
