I’m an amateur that wants to improve. Why when I lay down the paint the color is even and nice, but dries scumbly and blotchy? How do I get smooth shapes without that harsh outline? Sometimes it dries nice - I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong/right and have more control with my painting
