I have 12GB(4 on board and 8 additional) of RAM installed, but still the system info shows memory as 3.2GB only. Please help as the person who has sold me the RAM is not ready to take it back.

My First 10km Run. I am overweight and I have not done any kind of running activities before. I was wondering how can I improve my time and achieve weight loss through running. also is it safe to run a 10k every day. I usually jog or brisk walk.

10 Days Fast. So I am hopeful that I do this because lately I have been In the worst shape of my life due to my eating habits and also due to lack of exercise. I know this sounds a bit lame but I definitely will need your help and your advice is to complete this right now I am sitting at 78kgs.
