X250 to X350 Mod (yes another one)

PSU Cables burn again, 850GQ Sata cable, the one on the left, is the correct one, however, the one on the right, even tho it says it is from a GQ Unit, has a different pinout, I did not notice and burned my case LEDs together with 115i platinum pump.
