Bump on my chest which suddenly appeared without any cause. It is getting bigger every day. It is giving me slight aches but not much pain. Sleeping on my chest or side has become uncomfortable. Most of the time I don't feel it. It hurts when I try to press or rub it. Should I go to the doctor?

How to fix Bose QC25 AUX cable? The cut off end is a regular 3.5 mm jack going into a laptop or mobile headphones ports and the proprietary Bose Jack(maybe 2.5 mm, not sure) is intact. I cannot make sense out of all these strands inside the cable. How do I attach a regular jack to this?
