Proof that I’ve learned! Sent back the AT-LP3 and have the Drop+Audio-Technica VTA Turntable (an AT-LPW40 w/ upgrades & upgraded features), running into a Schiit Mani 2, swapped the VM95E with a Goldring E3, and got the speakers on stands and off the cabinet! This setup sounds so good!

Finally got good speakers for my turntable. New to hi-Fi type audio, got into vinyl recently, and not got good speakers and they sound amazing! Audio-Technica AT-LP3 table w/ AT-VM95E Catridge & acrylic mat, now running into Klipsch R-51PM speakers. So happy with this setup so far!

Is this a good deal for the Technics SL-1400? The thing intriguing me is the auto stop/return which I like. I have a modern AT-LP3, curious about stepping into vintage DD turntables.
