(Total newbie warning) Got a bag of ceramic disk capacitors and I have a bunch of these (Vishay?) capacitors that aren't marked with the typical 3 number code I'm used to. What is this things capacitance? Thank you!

Need help tracing- circled resistor is blown, X'd lead is burnt. I'm thinking a shorted transistor, but which one could it be? And why would that lead burn?
