Follow up to orange peel - what are these “dips” or dots? Only appears to be near edge. Will these wet sand / polish out? Colour match and everything else is perfect.

Car is going in to be fixed from body shop error. The pillar was never painted, both doors were. Is the rear door off just because they mixed too much blue in it? Code is QAK. Front door is getting refinished too because it’s too tan.
