Unable to use photoshop, I have a bunch of YouTube thumbnails and Uni work that I'm unable to open. Honestly, I'm unsure if my subscription is still valid but either way I can't log in to find out as I get stuck in an infinite boot glitch on Adobe Creative Cloud. Any ideas?

Is there a way to reposition all captions to the centre of the video simultaneously? Alternatively, is there a method to relocate each caption individually to the same position? Currently, I only know how to move the captions individually which would look messy.
