When I started printing everything went smoothly, then when I come back later I see the nozzle hitting the print and grinding all over it, I had to tune the Z up +3.000 to level it back up. Why does it print well at the start then mess up when it gets higher? is it the bed leveling?

My preworkout turned to this booger green color. I have the Bucked up non-stim pumpocalypse blue razz pre. It was my first time using it. Can anyone let me know if its bad?
