Does anyone else show their children TV shows from their generation? I'm a 90s kid, and my son loves old-school Thomas the Tank Engine, Fireman Sam, Postman Pat, Brum, etc.11mo ⋅ The__Englishman ⋅ r/UKParenting

Please tell me your children take weird things to bed with them? My 2.5YO has recently started taking his red tractor and yellow trailer to sleep. The worst was a fire engine that made noises if he dropped it!10mo ⋅ mayallrob_ ⋅ r/UKParenting
I was worried about the effect of raising my son as a single mother with virtually no male presence around to act as a positive role model. I googled and this was the first search result. Now I have serious anxiety that I'm doing the wrong thing.9mo ⋅ hollyqquinzel ⋅ r/UKParenting

Any tips on how to deal with an eczema like this? The doctor says it just needs baby lotion (like Aveeno) 3 times a day. But that's not helping. Occasionally we're given a steroid cream which makes it better, but it never fully disappears. Then a few days/weeks later it gets big again.2yr ⋅ No_you_choose_a_name ⋅ r/UKParenting
