I'm happy owner of Thinkpad T430s, only thing that bothers me is display. I want to replace it, so I'm asking you is there a way to use higher resolution display(1600x900) instead of original 1366x768. And if there is, do I need to replace anything more than display. Pic for attention

First thinkpad post. T430–i5 3320m@2.60–8gb ram—256gb SSD. Only 1366x768 tho. I got it for $200. Did I do alright? Anyways, how high of a risk would a screen upgrade be? I intend to do some light video/photo editing on here and I’d rather not keep using my external monitor.
