Quite hard to see in picture but approx one quarter of the screen on the left is darker, it then shows as a visible line with the naked eye, any idea what could be causing this? LG b6, and is there a fix? Only really bothersome on football at the momentDec 2019 ⋅ metalfacemark ⋅ r/OLED ⋅ #6

Watching 4:3 content has caused uneven ware on the panel and now the sides are brighter than the middle. I am considering making an inverted 4:3 video and just having it play on repeat overnight for a few weeks to even out the ware.. is that a crazy idea, could it make it worse? Hey all, I’ve got a B6 that just started showing a dark splotch in the middle especially when showing brighter colors. Is there any way to resolve this or am I screwed with a panel going bad?Apr 2020 ⋅ JiveWookiee5 ⋅ r/OLED ⋅ #6
