Verizon with pretty much everything but B13. It has N2,B66,N77and mmwave N261. theres alot around that part of Arlington in general (some have N77+n261 and lack the 2/66)

That's Verizon from the picture before this, has N77 100+ 6x N261 with 3 of them doing Upload/ UL-CA. That upload has to be a record somewhere.
