My pre order originally said arriving on the 23rd but now it says “available to ship null”??? In the Apple Store app it just says “arriving” and nothing else... what does this mean?

What does this light grey bar above the blue bar represent. Although i used my mobile for around 7 hours why is it showing 15 h 23m. Also from 7am to 12pm what are these grey bars. I was asleep at that time. Adding up all categories give around 8 hours of screen time, why does it show 15h. Ios13.1
