Apparently the caravan nerf breaks something else. During the caravan escort quests, if it gets attacked (so constantly) and you help them, it gives you massive relationship points with both merchants in the city. I got to 58 with first merchant and 38 points with the second one from just one quest4yr ⋅ wutislife22 ⋅ r/mountandblade
