What do you guys think is causing these dry spots? Watering them 1-2 times a day, and just moved them into this tote until I get my greenhouse. So I just started my first batch in a few years and I can’t remember if all the brown “fuzzy” stuff is alright or not? My scoby came sort of folded which I assumed was alright though.
