And by doing so, they took Kmart down with Sears, leaving those who boycott Walmart with NO place to get reasonably-priced & decent-quality basics (plus-sized clothes, shoes, etc.), since Target has become too overpriced for the stuff (mostly tacky junk -- more so than Kmart! ) that they sell.......
Every day I curse my fate that I was born in the sh*thole US -- and every day I DOUBLY-CURSE my fate at being disabled in toddlerhood, pretty much trapping me in this sh*thole country for life! Just existing now, trying to get through each day, marking time until I die, hoping its sooner than later!
Yep I've not been to a dentist in THIRTEEN YEARS as I'm on permanent disability & Medicare has no dental (which it SHOULD!). Now my once-great (no cavities!) teeth are a mess! My right-side back-most tooth BROKE IN HALF & my left-side back-most tooth causes pain when chewing or touching lower teeth!

Yep, I do wonder why -- and why there are NOT shortages in Finland (or all of Scandinavia), Netherlands and other places that value teachers and give them proper training, high salaries (even as much as doctors!) & good benefits. Oh and little to no worry of being shot to death in their classrooms!!

I HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE this country............4 kids are now ORPHANS because we can’t pass basic gun control. I wonder how many so-called “pro lifers” will help these kids with no parents?

Imagine if American suburbs were like this, but combined with detached SFH for those unable/unwilling to live in apartments, and yet still walkable, bike-able and accessible to public transit (subway, tram, etc.)........how many less people would drive and traffic/congestion there'd be on the roads!
