Finished building, painting, and sealing the canopy for my 150. Even though I didn’t want to touch lumber for a long time after building the stand, I built to the closed top system to try and keep an eel and I’m so glad I did, turned out awesome.3yr ⋅ topknottyler ⋅ r/Aquariums
Just wanted to share some progress on my stacked setup. The top is freshwater with around 30 fish, the middle is saltwater (setup is for predators), the bottom left will be filtration, powerhead, and skimmer for the middle, bottom right will be refugium.4yr ⋅ topknottyler ⋅ r/Aquariums
Most jellyfish prefer cooler temperatures. This slows down the metabolism and decreases how much you have to feed them. Add a chiller to keep temperatures down (should your species permit it!)5yr ⋅ topknottyler ⋅ r/jellyfishcare
