Update... I got rid of my japanese imperial flag gas cap. The Enso tree circle is respectful and looks good on my car. Thank you all for the feedback. Offending people with my ignorance is not something I want to do. The Japanese imperial flag has a lot of bad history that I wasn't fully aware of.
