I'd eat the crap out of this if I was in a dorm. So easy. Kids rated it a 6/10 for weird potato texture and they don't like onions. Kids are stupid and spoiled by my cooking- 8/10 for not needing extra dishes and taking 90 seconds. It was like a Denny's omelette.
