We had plans to get a thick patch on these hats and use 1 thick line stitch in each corner to hold it on. Sort of industrial vibe. Due to minimums it wasn’t possible so we used heat transfer - actually think it turned out better. Have you ever had to pull a cost saver and it worked out in the end?

Been concepting a custom boot for about 6-7 months now, had a few factories take it on and fold mid sample production. This is the furthest I’ve been able to get it to date. Distressed faded sole and custom heel cup. The upper is in production now.

[Sample Program] In between releases I make products to learn about areas outside of normal apparel. These products are purely about learning and never go up for sale. Last year I made a super simple custom shoe. Didn't turn out as I wanted but I learned a lot. Currently working on rings and boots
