My grandmother passed away just before last Christmas and never got to finish these socks. As a present to my mother on her birthday, I finished them. Half made by my grandmother, half made by me. Her birthday is this Wednesday- I hope she’ll like them!

I finally finished my first brioche knitting project!!! It took about 8 tries, but it’s finally finished!!! I’m very proud. It’s probably the best hat I’ve ever made :)

Help! My Quaker (she’s only a few months old) keeps breaking her tail feathers. This is the third one. Why is it happening and how can I stop it? Is this dangerous? None of my other birds ever had this problem.
