After spamming this sub with questions i finaly have my first mead! A raspberry melomel at 11% abv. Left it completely dry and its amazing, even after no aging! Strong taste of raspberries and it kept a bit of the sourness from them. Thanks to everyone who helped! <34yr ⋅ Pontersson ⋅ r/mead
