Fun fact: it takes 2.25 seconds to go up 8 blocks on bells and 1.65 seconds to go up 8 blocks on stairs or lamps while sprinting (without jumping). This means you can make stairs out of lamps and it will not be slower than actual stairs.5yr ⋅ Mr_evil_cookie ⋅ r/Minecraft
