One year progress!!! featuring my new kitty lol!! Pics taken almost exactly a year apart. Gym, meat, fruit, and sleep have been absolute lifesavers. This is just the beginning of this lifelong journey ❤️

Stool test revealed SEVERE dysbiosis with very low levels of helpful gut bacteria. Anyone have any suggestions on how to recover gut bacteria?! I’m struggling with chronic stomach discomfort and pain (reposting without my name lol😅)
