HELP!! A family of large rat snakes is living in our fake, flimsy, unsealed ceiling. The ceiling has fallen down in 3 separate areas (once hitting me) since August. Landlord says our lease can’t be broken b/c property is “as-is.” Animal control came but failed to get snakes out.. (video in comments)
