Turning 13 next month. She completely knows she’s not supposed to be on the couch, but she’s also smart enough to know we love her little old bones too much to move her. I’ll take every happy, snoring, farting nap she’s got left to give.

Turbo has trouble with mobility, so Bella lets him stand and lean on her. Bella has trouble with storms, so Turbo holds her paws until the storm passes. If only we were all so understanding.

Our sweet old girl started slowing down and couldn’t go for runs/walkies anymore, so we were worried about her happiness. Debated long and hard about getting her a senior pal who lived life at her speed. Best decision ever. He doesn’t leave her side.

Finn needs your help. He has stomatitis & had full mouth extractions Thursday. During surgery, he suffered a burn from the heating packs. He was admitted to the hospital today with a burn that covers 1/3 of his body and the central part is necrotic & has to be removed. Please send him good vibes.

Finn is home! He's already tried a couple bites and when we put him on the bed, he flopped over and you could see his whole body relax. He just laid his head down and closed his eyes. Thanks for all the support, friends. ❤️

Final update! Finn is back to his old kitten antics. He is healed enough to be out of his cone, out of his onesies, and is currently “hunting” the pool screen for lizards. (New favorite thing: demanding food at the top of his lungs at 2am.) Our universe it back on its axis. Look out world!

UPDATE: Finn is on the mend! After another trip to the hospital because he lost more skin from latent burn development, Finn is getting by with a little help from his friends. Eating, drinking, and healing his little heart and body.

It’s been a while since we gave a Finn update! His fur is about halfway grown back and his spirit is fully recovered. He continues to improve. 🤞🏼our next labs show no long term damage from so much anesthesia and sedation. 11bs and still growing.

My Mom turns 69 this year and still rides nearly every day even after two back and neck injuries. She’s visiting us in Florida to enjoy some better bike weather for a bit & decided this is her dream home. ❤️ she might not make it to that home, but she’s always welcome in ours! She’s a total badass.

Super sad news. Our little 9mo boy is headed for full mouth extractions due to a bad case of stomatitis. After his first dental, his gums returned to a bright painful red. Poor baby. Please think of our little Finn as he goes into multiple surgeries to extract his little toofers.

After a long recovery from a thermal burn and skin flap surgery, Finn finally got some time out in the pool screen. Roo showed no mercy and quickly informed him the top bunk is now hers.

Finnegan is home from his full mouth extractions. He’s high as a kite, but happy to be home. Positive thoughts requested that he recovers well and will actually eat the soft food he believes to be poison.

Update: In a span of two weeks that included skin flap surgery and multiple rounds of sedation for wound cleaning, Finn has managed to heal his burn almost completely! Sutures come out Tuesday and we’re hoping he will be ready to resume kitten life as usual. He’s so brave and absolutely amazing!
