Threw together 4 new picks today. 2 bottom ones are 0.022 and the top two are 0.018. They're a bit sloppy looking but wow do they fit into places my 0.025 hooks can't.

Just started picking 1.5 weeks ago and picked up these today. 2 American locks, am extra American core. Top right is a 5 pin schlage and bottom right is a 6 pin schlage. Biting off more than I can chew?

Why am I binding so badly? I just started picking a week ago and ive had several times where I get a successful pick and nothing really happens because the pick is binding against the outer wall. Is there something im doing wrong? Anyone else had this issue with these practice locks?
