Playing Mirage IIIC at 10.3, even downtier, finishing in top 2, always losing anyway... People have no problem with F4Fearly 10.3, F4C 10.0, MIG21SMT 10.3, but Mirage isn't overpowered at 10.3 either. No flares, bleeds speed in turn.
