My doctor told me it was heartburn for 8 months, cancerous tumour encapsulated the kidney, when removed it was the size of a honey dew melon and hadn't spread - oncologist couldn't believe it. Nearly 6 years cancer free 😊

When I got married I was a UK size 24, 18 years later I'm in a UK size 10 - I tried the dress on and it fell straight to the floor - donated to charity as larger women want to feel gorgeous on their wedding day too 💒 ❤️

I recently fostered 5 kittens after their mummy got run over and killed - they needed feeding every few hours to start and they were adorable. I loved having them but they went to their furever homes ❤️ xx

Last update on Bob - he is ready to be rehomed. We're not sure how much fur will grow back but he's an exceptionally affectionate cat despite what he's been through. Thank you to all of you who donated, it made such a difference xx

Kitten season has started - we run a small no kill shelter in the UK, 1 member of staff and over 120 volunteers. Last year we homed 997 cats which is pretty amazing for a small shelter.

My dad made my childhood a living hell, always telling me I was fat, ugly, waste of spac etc. I ended up big as my psychiatrist said it was the only way I could sub-consciously say screw you but I was only hurting myself so I went no contact with my dad & lost 140lb - life is good for me right now😀

Mummy cat was a stray and she was taken to our shelter. She went into labour but the first was a rainbow baby and it was obvious she was in distress so she was rushed to the vets where another rainbow baby had blocked the birth canal but 2 were saved as well as mum. Look how Ginge thrived ❤️

I'm so sorry to ask but as you can tell I am completely useless with a camera, computer & any app that would change the background colour to white. You've kindly done it for me before but I've every picture of my son from age 4 in his school uniform and they've all got white backgrounds - thanks xx

This is the face of a someone who has struggled on the streets.... a real Tom cat who has faught & slept in the cold. He is absolutely filthy dirty...smells due to being an entire Tom. He has cuts out of his ears.. scratches over his face.. But he has been taken in by New Start Cat Rescue.

My boss went away to see the Tyson Fury fight and his friend was supposed to look after his dog.His friends house flooded so I went to his house, scaled his fence, took this little chap as his doggy house is in a flood zone. My boss knows nothing about it as a 13 hour flight. My 3 cats are not happy

Not quite a peaky hat but the closest I could get. Got my Shelby Bros sweatshirt but it's warm on the coach so I have my PB gin t-shirt on - the guy next to me asked me if my bra was a PB one, I just laughed and we spoke PB for the next half hour! Good trip 😊

Last week I took myself and teenage son to the Cenotaph in London as we were chosen in the ballot to commemorate 100 years of WW1. He allowed me 1 picture but there is another man so close it sort of ruins it. I'd love it if he (or any of the people could be removed). I'd be so grateful. Thank you

This is Candy, her mum ran off and left her and her siblings with severe eye infections. When they were found they were emaciated and none of them could see. They were taken to New Start Cat Rescue in Gloucestershire, UK and they looked after them. Out of the 4, only 2 kitties lost one eye each. 😻

This is Henry, he was a stray, been thrown out. Our no kill charity took him in and he was so poorly. He hadn't eaten in days as his teeth were rotten, he had a heart murmur but his personality shone through. For a month he was loved, fed (a lot!) and passed peacefully with so much love

Would anyone be able to change this to a white background with much less shadow and remove the nail please. We've been doing it since he was 4 and he is now 14 so it's a tradition but the school don't take pictures anymore hence asking you lovely people. Thank you xx
