If you zoom in you can see why plant spiders are SUCH a good idea. (TW arachnophobia)1yr ⋅ honeymunchkin ⋅ r/houseplants
Many of my phals’ flowers started drying and falling off due to the dry heat we have now, so I decided to cut all the flower spikes so that the plants hopefully can focus on keeping rehydrated instead. Didn’t want the healthy flowers to go to waste just yet, so I did a little table arrangement.5yr ⋅ honeymunchkin ⋅ r/orchids
These babies have been growing fine and steady from germination in February until now; stunted growth and browning of leaves. Do I need to separate them, in bigger pots? More water? Less sun? What’s going on?1yr ⋅ honeymunchkin ⋅ r/Adenium
I’m experimenting a bit with how I grow my phals and yesterday my husband helped me draw this pot up in CAD which we then printed on our 3D printer, PLA filament (non-toxic) and filled with damp sphag. Trying it out with this girl first and see how it (and she) holds up. Fingers crossed!5yr ⋅ honeymunchkin ⋅ r/orchids
Help a noob out? Should he look like this? The flower shop that sold him had him in normal compost/planting soil, the leaves started browning and going crispy so I guessed overwatering, transferred to clay beads as a panic action. How do I set him up properly? Do I cut any branches? Thanks guys!5yr ⋅ honeymunchkin ⋅ r/Adenium
