Are these 60 yr old speakers worth the effort? I got them given to me, and am thinking to use them as a start of my first hi fi setup. It seems the tweeters and low range are good quality, but mids are cheapy. I was told I’d need a really powerful amp to get any bass. They sounded clear when tested.
