UPDATE: Little Bella had the best news possible! The lump on her belly was cancerous, but it did NOT metastasize to any other organs or bones, and the surgery was a 100% complete success! She is cancer free and will be home later this afternoon! Literally the best possible outcome! #alwayswearpearls
