I work in a pretty shitty kitchen, everything is budget and everything the owner wants us to do is fuck guests and staff over, but for the desserts we are not checked. Made some brownies, a great hazelnutcreme and added some vanilla ice with caramel sauce. Pretty proud of this with minimal sources.
